Living Area looking at fireplace
Master Bedroom
One of the things I try to do for clients is sketch a room view. This helps them to visualize the changes they want to see in their homes and offices. The key to sketching is... "do it everyday." When it becomes as routine as brushing your teeth, your drawings and ideas flow easily onto paper. Practice. Practice and more practice;)

It all started with a sofa.....
I've been told, 'You have the eye to see the unimaginable'. Take for example this sofa that I found at a bid and buy for $40. Underneath the once upon a time stylish floral, I could see the beautiful lines and knew I had to have it!!! Prior to the fashion wave of 'muslin' everywhere, I selected a cotton, linen blend and tranformed this sofa. No I can not take credit for the actual upholstery work, but it is on my list of skills to hone in the future.
The greatest lesson in this project is that a piece is never to old for a second life. With so many beautiful furnishing out there all you need is a little creativity and the possibilities are endless.
